No turning available on a closed off road

This road was closed off many years ago, but brown site allowed for a turning point for emergency vehicles and at least 20+ vehicles of locals, deliveries or people not aware it is closed, planning has allowed the brown site to be developed to private residences, as a result the are is fenced off nd now no turning point without reversing 100m + on a narrow inappropriate road with vehicles parked roadside too, A proper turning point now needs to be constructed to counter this ommission.

Water is coming down from the middle to end of oak lane. Looks like a blocked drain or a water leak thats filling an over flowing drain. Reported to Affinity, who say there isnt a problem to be found. Reported to HCC who say there isnt a problem. THERE IS A WATER LEAK PROBLEM DOWN OAK LANE!

Muddy Underpass now unpassable
This path is completely covered in 1 ft deep mud making it impassable. It happens far too regularly and never dries out. Long term remedial action is required as it is a dangerous walking path due to the muddiness and depth.

Poor pavement repair

The new pavement has been dug up for some sort or repair and this is the way the pavement has been left. Thousands were spent last year replacing the pavement and it has now been undermined by this poor quality repair. The company responsible needs to return and make good the mess and uneven surface they have left

Misuse of cones to obstruct the highway

Please note that the mam who uses these cones is known to be very aggressive. He drives a blue van.
This man uses cones to obstruct the highway to prevent parents parking to drop off/collect their children from the primary school. I don't believe he is using them with permission and there are many cones of different shapes and sizes.

Dangerous amounts of mud , dirt , gravel and chippings in the road constantly. It needs clearing frequently as all the lorries from the new build are making it Dangerous. Especially as we will be having a temperature drop .
