There are multiple points of degraded road and dips

From the BP petrol station going down the hill there are multiple spots and also on the other side of the road going up the hill. There are untold amounts of HGVs and container lorrys that use this road. They hit this dips and holes and rattle and boom so loud its crazy. Theyre also causing the house to vibrate and my radiators to rattle when this happens. Please adress this as it seems other not major problem areas are being done in town but not critical main roads.

Bonfire party in wymondley woods

One again remnants of a bonfire party in the woods, almost daily occurrence now, lots of litter left, alcoholic bottles and drug paraphernalia left behind, even a cool bag with ice packs in it left behind...

Bonfires in Wymondly woods

This clearing in our beautiful woods is prone to almost nightly bonfires. It was still smoking this morning, various alcoholic drink bottles left, balloons for drug use (I guess), fire lighters hidden nearby, I litter picked it all but I walk through here most days and its been smouldering almost daily, so obviously an almost nightly occurrence.

Vehicles parking in the bus stop

Good morning, I work for arrivals road safety department, I'm writing to make you aware of a constant issue we are having especially after 6pm where we are finding ourself parking in compromising positions due to multiple vehicles being parked in the bus stop, if I recall the civil enforcement officer team for welwyn Hatfield only work until 6:30pm is there anything you can do to deter car drivers from parking in here, as you can respect we have a lot of elderly or otherwise vulnerable members of public who rely on our services and we need the support here. If you could get back to me I'd appreciate it .

When and why has the arcade been designated as a smoking area

Historically, the arcade was a non-smoking area, with signs displayed at both ends. Since the redecoration a few years ago, the signs have been removed. Now, with a licenced pub within the arcade, ash trays are being provided.
Surely this is in contravention to UK legislation? The arcade is a roofed area with openings that are significantly less than 50% of the walled area. It is also a public space and a place of work.
