Pathway from back street down to tennyson avenue
14th May
The bushes and trees need to be urgently cut back. It is dangerous with people being hit by branches when dodging passing people and as this is a designated cycle path makes it even worse. Please please please get a team out to cut it all back. Many thanks

Sunken / uneven pavement. Estimated 12-15mm height difference for at least 5m. The middle photo when zoomed in shows a 2 coin (3mm depth) for scale. My wife and I were walking (HC Jewellers behind us) when she stepped on the uneven pavement causing her to fall sideways and forwards resulting in a broken wrist, probably a broken rib, multiple cuts and abrasions, and bruising. We then spent a long time in A&E at Addenbrookes Hospital. Arm now in a cast and sling for at least 6 weeks.

Swanborne Close Biggleswade
12th May
Good Morning
Swanbourne Close Biggleswade had the road resurfaced in 2021 a while ago and at the time we assumed that the footpaths would also be completed. The kerbs were marked up with white spray paint in preparation but for some reason the works were not carried out.
As there are many elderly residence who live in the close they are concerned as regards to the footpath condition and tripping hazards. I have attched information to indicate the condition of the footpaths and would be much appreciated if this work could be added into the ongoing CBC maintenance plan.
If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.

Path outside 95 Bunyan road
10th May
As you can see the hedge has totally overgrown the footpath and with a car parked there you can see the only way past is by going in the road. A lady with a pushchair was nearly hit by a car as its close to a blind T junction on bunyan road. The hedge belongs to number 95 bunyan road and needs to be totally cut back to clear the path at least 4 to 5 feet or there will be a nasty accident with someone getting run over.

We have some trees and bushes on the edge of a public footpath outside our property, and the roots of the tree/the tree itself are causing our fence to collapse. We have had to have this repaired twice now, and we wondered if the trees and bushes could be removed please? This has been an issue since we moved into the property in October 2024
