The tree is mature, looks rather unstable and 'top heavy' It is located next to the public highway and is approximately 5 metres from a bus stop.
In my opinion, the Council needs to consider the risk posed by the tree fairly urgently and if necessary undertake mitigation measures in order to reduce the risk of failure.

On 29 May part of the purple plum tree outside 61 London Road came down and is now under the tree. Please could it be removed. It looks like more of the tree could come away if there are more high winds.

Thats interesting as the pot hole as actually been filled in with tarmac. It may only be a temporary repair, but it has solved the issue at present.
It may be an idea if you contact or speak to who repaired the pothole for an update.

This has been reported several times and they have trimmed the conifers by about 2 inches just to cut off new growth which has made no difference to visibility at the junction so you still have to pull out into road to see if any vehicles are coming. No attempt has been made to cut conifers at side of property and these now completely cover lamp post.

Berkeley close sign is unable to be seen on the right hand side, the bushes, trees have overgrown onto the pavement reducing its width, making it difficult to walk past with dogs or children next to you. The more in which it is over growing the less pavement is available in which to walk on

Over flowing uncollected street bin. Please can we increase the collection on this bin. It's been reported number times. To be told its collected regular. Clearly not enough. Please can you install more refuge bins around this area or network with Biggleswade Town Council for them to install some bins within their carpark.
It's usually full of dog poo bags and doesn't smell great in the summer.

28 Mulberry close side alley

The trees and overgrown shrubbery are affecting our property, the roots are causing subsidence and touching our house causing guttering issues, vision/light issues and we have a huge influx of Panorpa communis flies. We cant have windows open, sit in our garden and are constantly repairing damages caused by them.
