Damaged fence by kids using it as a cut through

This field is contained by fences and used by the community (in the main dog walkers) but kids have removed a section of the fence as a cut through rather than using gate at top end. The community have tried a temporary fix (chicken wire) but the kids have collapsed the wire.

Large and heavily weighted tree causing obstruction to footpath to entrance of our homes and to parked cars. As well as excessive bird droppings defacating cars and footpath. Branches and twigs constantly falling and obstructing area. Problems increase on windy days. Damage to log cabin and bottom of garden at 148 Minehead Way by falling branches.
