Over hanging council tree branch

I contacted southend council in November 2024 regarding an overhang street tree branch that is over my boundary line and front wall. The branch could do damage if it broke off causing damage to any car parked on my frontage and any plants .I have contacted council on more than one occasion and not one curtesy reply.Thank you

Car has been parked on the pavement outside my house for the day. It completely blocks the walkway from my front door to the pavement, meaning I have to use the grass outside my house to get anyway. I am heavily pregnant and if this carries on would not be able to get a pram out of the house.
