Road collapsing

Right by the bus stop yellow painted box on the road, there are two areas of carriageway which are showing signs that the road is collapsing there. This whole stretch was only fully re-surfaced a year or so ago so it is disappointing to find this damage cropping up already. It has already got worse in the couple of weeks since I first noticed it.
