Parking on double yellow lines

During school drop of times, in Sanderling Gardens Rochford, parents are consistently ignoring the parking restrictions. This is creating a dangerous junction for cars and pedestrians with cars having to overtake/cut corners to try and get round them, children living on the road are at risk and the restrictions need to be enforced. It is unacceptable to be using the road as a car park for Holt Farm School when the restrictions clearly prohibit this.

Tarmac breaking up around drain

The tarmac has broken up surrounding the drain cover opposite 61 Ashingdon Rd. and has been like this for approximately a year. I have reported to Essex Highways on many occasions and nothing has been done. Drivers are swerving to avoid causing near accidents. In addition there is a pot hole coming on the other side of the road.

Noisy / faulty drain cover
22nd January
Two weeks ago something must have happened to the drain cover in the location pinpointed in the map, as since then there is a loud clanking sound everytime a car drives over it. Its extremely loud and interrupting sleep in our household and as noted above can only be due to a problem in said drain pipe cover which could get worse/ cause an accident

Grass verge looks like the Somme

People who live in 99 Ashingdon Road have totally ruined the grass verge because they are parking their vehicles on it is just a mud bath that is making the footpath muddy and slippery where they are driving across. It looks a complete eyesore !!!!!

Extremely large deep pothole

Pothole is extremely large causing damage to wheels especially when area fills up with water and not able to see where it is. There is a new development using this road to access properties. This is the only access route. The road is used by pedestrians, families on route to schools from the Hall Road development.
