Motorbikes
20th June
Motor bikes keep cut through a public footpath to Church Road. The bollards are insufficient to restrict them cutting through. There are small children in the cul de sac and theres going to be a serious accident. There needs to be a restriction in place so they cannot get through into Church Road.

Someone’s dumped boxes
a wheelie bin a matress and some kind of furniture in our ground floor bin area
Ive reported it to the council multiple times its been like this for 2 months now and nothings being done about it. In our block of flats 415-451 clay hill road Ss164eu. Its in our communal bin shed area someone or multiple people have dumped all sorts of stuff, I can see a mattress, some kind of wooden furniture, cardboard boxes, a wheelie bin, and an air fryer. Its a problem because it is a major fire risk. Its in our only entry/ exit so if there was to be a fire we would be trapped with no way out. The council dont seem to be taking this seriously, it was meant to be cleared on the 30th and another date before that but no one has turned up to do it. A key is needed to get into the gate.

Excessive and dangerous parking from one household
30th May
One house is running a business whereby the male works on cars. This takes up most of the parking on the street particularly when he has his two tow trucks and multiple cars parked. He uses his own drive way, sometimes for the trucks and this causes instructions along the footpath. Many cars cannot park on their own street and have to result to parking in nearby streets causing parking issues for people living in those streets when reversing on or off of driveways.

Slippery surface on exit from Basildon Sporting Village carpark
16th April
The road on the exit to the car park on Cranes Farm Road is slippery when trying to accelerate, due to the visibility on exit and speed of the road (50mph) it's necessary sometimes to accelerate hard but the surface prevents this. I've nearly been taken out by a number of cars that have then swerved due to sliding as they exit the carpark, and also had difficulty getting out of the car park easily without wheel spinning

Car parked on double yellow lines/grass verge in Nether Priors
5th February
This car has parked badly on numerous occasions and has previously blocked access to neighbours garage and also makes it difficult to get on/off my own run up.
The yellow lines are poorly painted, but are visible. This is not the only car that parks here, and it makes it difficult for vehicles to gain access to the road.

Loose surface / dangerous trip hazard
29th January
The surface of the top floor of the multi-storey car park is coming adrift. This caused my 88 year old father to trip and fall. Fortunately, he was not injured this time but with the state of this car park, it is only a matter of time before someone does fall and injure themselves!!!
