Lack of tree maintenance and surgery

This tree is severely overgrown and is causing light restriction in my house, also am unable to use my driveway without using a car cover due to falling tree vegetation, sap and bird faeces. This has currently damaged one vehicle. It is also causing issues with the gutters and drainage which I had to repair this year. I have lived here for over 20 years and have seen this problem however there used to be scheduled inspections & maintenance. The tree is significantly taller than my house now and just as wide with a significant overhang over my property and driveway.

This hole inroad has lose gravel in it, which is dangerous for bikers as it is on the direct line for us to turn into Norwich Avenue from the the Grove, lose gravel can cause the biker to lose control and end up sliding

Yet another pothole

The top end of northview road is falling apart. Surely when you 'fix' one pothole badly you could fix the others at the same time.
Maybe if you fixed them properly in the first place they wouldn't keep breaking up.
Just chucking tarmac into the hole isn't going to fix it long term.

Grass has not been cut for the last two visits by the council

Grass has not been cut for the last two visits by the grass cutting team when they came yesterday I confronted one of them and he informed me that that little triangle patch is no longer their responsibility well I have lived here all my life and southen council has always cut the grass so can someone come out and have a look as something needs to be done as it's getting so high and it looks unsightly
