Up parking on the pavement

Unacceptable parking on the pavement unable unable to get wheelchairs or pushchairs pass the parked vehicles displayed. Gets do bad down this road what with the speeding cars becoming a very dangerous road. Even elderly couples parents holding childrens hands in as bike to its in the road with the wheelchair or prams. Wire mesh fencing sticking out
22nd January
In the alleyway between Canewdon close and Runwell Gardens there is old wire mesh fencing about 5' high and it is in bad condition, it's been pushed out by growth and has several jagged bits sticking out, I have impaled my coat on this and I saw another lady do the same yesterday. The alleyway is used by infants from the school next to it and these jagged bits are at head height for the older infants. It looks like it is old council fencing.

Dangerous manhole cover outside property of children

Circular foul Man hole cover is falling through we have a small child who has just fell over on it and lucky not to fall in the manhole that is 6ft deep . Its been rodded twice in last couple of months so think this has dislodged the road around it . It is not safe and very dangerous
