The yellow plastic is from the cutting of replacement gas piping, left on the verge. The gutter is full of debris including tarmac, rubble, subsoil and mess left by the company who carried out the works. It will foul the drains when it rains.

Why does my road not get swept?

Why does the road sweater do part of Sovereign Way and not the leg for No's 6 to 17? Saw the cleaner enter our close and assumed all bits would be cleaned, but on return I see no evidence of sweaping! In particular the verge alongside no 17 is in great need of attention . Please sweap ASAP.

The bins in this road (next to the small parking area) have been ripped open by birds. The bin lid wasn't closed, due to extra rubbish bags inside. There are nappies and rubbish all over the grass. Please could this be dealt with asap today? Thank you

Large tree branch

There are two trees running alongside Ramalley Lane in Chandlers Ford. They overhang Forest Footsteps Childcare garden. A large branch has just fallen from one of the trees and smashed into the road below. The children were playing in the garden at the time. Please can someone check these trees for disease and remove if necessary as we do not want any injuries or damage to cars parked in the lane.

The public tree roots have uplifted paving

I have been unable to upload my photos as your system will not allow me too. The trees that were planted on the estate adjacent to our fence line have now uplifted our paving slabs in our parking area causing extensive movement and cracked slabs which is now a major trip hazard especially as I am shortly having major spinal surgery. Nothing else would have lifted and moved these huge concrete slabs The area in question needs urgently repairing

M3 J13-12 SOS phone damage

On the M3 in both directions, between junctions 13 and 12, two of the emergency phones are in need of the signage/stickers replacing. On the phones the orange phone and SOS symbol and the location identifiers are missing on one side each, so both phones on both sides of the motorway need attention.
The phones are marked on one side with 2149A and 2149B, near marker post 115.0.

Faulty Drainage Damaged Path

Hello,
I am writing once again to report faulty drainage and a damaged path. The drains and drainage system is currently not fit for purpose and is constantly blocked. There are outlets dumping toxic waste into the Monks Brook as well as the public footpath.
This issue has been going on for many years and yet you have provided only temporary fixes or nothing at all. This project is big project and will require significant investment. If I do not hear positive news from you, you will be hearing from me shortly.
