This morning I was driving along the B3079 towards fordingbridge when I hit a very large, deep pot hole causing my tyre to blow out. I have had to get this replaced as there was no chance of it being repaired

Drain cover smashed and massive deep hole the depth of the spade
19th October
This hole is on a blind bend where the camber falls into the hole . The drain cover is completely broken and the hole is at least 3 foot deep. As you can see from the picture the spade handle is lots in the hole . It is possible for a wheel to get stuck if a car had to go tight into this bend should another be coming the other way. The deterioration of this drain was reported earlier this year .

There's a deep, sharp-edged pothole on the eastbound side of the road just before the farm. Sorry, no photo as it's not safe to stop, but because it's just after a corner it's difficult to avoid so would be great if it could be repaired urgently.
