No double yellow lines

Issue is on Moorgreen Road. Vehicles park close to the existing road calming measures. The vehicles park just in front of a bus stop and opposite a request-a-stop bus stop. Double yellow lines would stop the parking and would help traffic flow better. The person parking appears to use traffic cones to 'reserve' the space and then remove them to allow them to park there.

Dead tree over cars and conservatory

Eastleigh Borough said this is highway land. I reported this willow last year as it had a bad angle and signs of old movement at the base. Now it is completely dead, no buds and no leaves. If it falls, it will hit cars, conservatory and probably the house. If this is not highways tree, please tell me rather than closing the case so I can find out who does own it!

Overgrown hedge blocking view and safe passage

Hedge has been allowed to grown out far past the boundary fence line and is obstructing the view for turning out onto the busy and fast A334. It also inhibits safe passage for pedestrians who are forced into the road or risk eye injury from stray branches. Needs cutting right back to the boundary to form a proper and dense hedge that is useful for wildlife and doesn't inhibit safety of road and pathway users.
