This pothole has already been repaired and the surface has broke down again. Can it be repaired properly as it is in a position that could cause someone to fall off a bike. Thank you.

Informal pavement closure
8th May
Looks like a well intentioned attempt to protect public from ironworks issue. But cant see it on Causeway One, no signage, suggesting its not official and there may not be a plan in place to fix it. Due to proximity to educational institution it causes a significant safety hazard to young people.

Pedestrian crossing obstructed by bush
23rd April
The east side of the pedestrian cross on Andover Road (between Bereweek Road and Winton Close) is blocked by the spring growth of a bush, requiring adult pedestrians to duck under it, and it also takes up much of the area where pedestrians would normally wait for the lights to change. It looks like the bush will soon cover the traffic light too. Please could you get the owner to cut it back so that pedestrians can use the crossing as designed.

Shrub completely blocks footway
23rd April
While the flowers on this shrub outside 35 Hatherley Road are lovely, the shrub unfortunately blocks the footway making it very difficult to pass. Especially when vehicles are parked nearby.

"No cycling" sign missing
18th April
Cycles are not permitted on this footpath (Nun's Walk), there is a small HCC notice stating this. There also used to be a "No Cycling" sign at the location (junction with Hillier Way), but it has been removed (although the post remains).

Pothole
fairly large
There were 2 potholes reported in February, one is fixed but the other one, 10 meters further has not been sorted... It is impossible to miss, so why that one hasn't been done, baffling to be honest

People don’t understand the lines on the road
21st March
Im sure there used to be signage to indicate larger vehicles (busses) use the middle of the road through the tunnel. Smaller vehicles (cars) use the road as you would any other road. Currently drivers speed through the tunnel in the middle of the road expecting they have right of way because of the lines on the road.

2 large potholes
been there for absolutely ages
2 huge potholes, have been reported weeks and weeks ago, nothing. Haven't been marked for fixing at all, yet a huge hole further down the road was marked and fixed after these 2 were reported. Shocking!

Tree being supported by lamp
28th February
Andover Road, Winchester. Between Park Road and Winchester Avenue. East side of carriageway.
Looks like a (dead?) tree is being supported by a street lamp. Looks stable for now, but the lamp probably isnt designed to bear the weight of a tree, and decomposition of the tree could result in movement and potentially falling into the carriageway.

101-15cm diameter 5-7cm deep pothole
23rd February
This pothole, on the east (uphill) side of the road is more likely to be a hazard to cars and motorbikes than cyclists (who won't be going fast enough to not to avoid it). But the hole looked remarkedly deep.
