Unsure if council carriageway or if it is apart of the private car park in association with Waitrose. Reporting here first just in case. On the approach to the car park from Clarence Lane there are multiple very deep potholes, the road condition here in general is pretty poor also.

Found dangerous litter on Broom Close, on road, in car parks, on concrete steps and at edges of the green space. Removed the immediate danger (using litter picker) put used needles in a sealed tub next to two binbags full of less dangerous litter. Placed these next to nearest public bin on London Rd, outside Harrisons camera shop.
