Two "No Parking" signs have been attached to the wall of 39 San Marcos Drive.where the wall fronts the corner of San Marcos and San Juan Drives

The no parking sings are both illigal and intimidating to anyone who wishes to legally park on the roadside where the signs are placed. The house owner has no legal right to enforce a no parking area and my also be in breach of planning regulations in posting the signage.

POTHOLES Numerous potholes the full length of the road

Have you decided to fill in our potholes yet. Consistently available to view although when weve had a lot of rain they all become paddling pools.
We have told you many times (ourselves and via councillors) over the years that the owners of our road who were up north have died. The council have never acknowledged our letters and therefore their responsibility. As we pay our council taxes just as much as if we lived on the London road could you please say why ours and I believe 3 other roads are dealt with in this discriminatory way.

Quite constatly cars are parked comming to the road or exiting. Big issue recent caravan parked just comming to the rookery road which is causing issue if there is a car comming.

The mini roundabout is clear. BUT those coming onto the mini roundabout has to enter the roundabout from the opposite side of the road thus restricting visibility both of the junction and of any vehicle who needs to yield to a car coming from this junction
