Long grass blocking the view of oncoming traffic down tandridge lane

Long grass and weeds have built up on the grass verge along side the new Oldencraig Mews housing development on Tandridge land. This is now blocking views of on coming traffic and presents a danger pulling out onto the road.
Given the next scheduled cut to this area is 1st August, this situation is not sustainable for several more months. We request that the verge is cut, and if the frequency of this verge be cut more regularly.

Carlton Rd is an unadopted road which is also a bridleway. The residents wish the speed limit sign at the entrance to the road (off A22) to be changed from 30 to 20

As the road is a bridleway it is used by horse riders, cyclists and walkers. Cars have been known to travel very fast along the road which doesnt have pavements and in some places is quite narrow.

Footbridge

We are contacting you as the Managing Agents for Oldencraig Mews, RH7 6GU. There is a footbridge on the property along the footpath, this bridge is incredibly slippery when wet. Could you please arrange for tread grips or anti slip paint to be applied to the bridge to allow the public to cross safely?
