Double yellow lines need re-painting. Car parking near to junctions & blind bends along this road making it very hard for drives to be safe when driving. There will be a car accident. Lines need to be painted all the way along Elm Grove. Cant see school kids at these junctions due to parked cars up partly on pavements or on junction corners. Dangerous to pedestrains.

2 smashed up paving slabs
23rd March
The two smashed up paving slabs are creating a dangerous hazard to pedestrians who could easily trip. The broken fragments would make useful ammunition for the yobs who frequent the area. I only noticed the extent of the damage today - possibly caused by market vehicles.

Ongoing mains water leak causing ice & resulting in accidents
28th February
An ongoing water leak for the last 6 months or more is causing the road to be permanently wet with running water. The result of the running water is a dangerous and slippery surface. Ice also forms on the surface when cold. This has resulted in 2 serious accidents in the last 3 weeks in which police have had to close the road. It also resulted in a driver hitting ice and driving in to the side of our house in October 2024. The leak needs fixing and the road surface needs repairing. If the leak and road surface is not repaired, and results in a car colliding with our property again, we will take legal action against the authority responsible for the road as it has been reported before.
