There is a huge amount of debris on the verge all the way from J3 to J7. This is not thrown litter. It looks like waste from a landfill. Masses of large plastic sheets stuck in trees and along the verge. I suspect stormy weather in February blew it from a landfill and it now jusy blows ip and diwn the motorway. It is an eyesore and a threat to wildlife. Please remove it
24th March
Huge amount of debris between junctions 3 and 7 on M65. It is not litter thrown from cars but looks like it comes from landfill probably after the February storms. Has just blown up and down the verge. Big plastic sheets in trees and along the verge. An eyesore and a danger to wildlife. Has been like this for well over a month and needs removing.

Two parked lorry trailers in a farmer's field advertising
17th November
Two parked lorry trailers have appeared in a farmer's field on the M65 Junction 3 to advertise the new commercial development at Botany Bay (Junction 8 on M61). They are clearly there as an illegal advertising scheme and are placed to be in the line of sight of drivers. This is an illegal and potential dangerous act.

Overgrown hedge causing obstruction on pavement
4th December
This hedge height is covering the footpath, reducing pavement to single line only, also covering the only Bolton Road signpost in the village. The road (A675) narrows because of bollards in this area so pedestrians are in danger of being struck by vehicles. The hedge has not been cut back at all this year. There is a lot of heavy traffic in this area. Between the bollards and the pavement there is only just enough room for heavy trucks to pass through.
