Mud on road
24th September
I wish to complain about the state of Kem Mill Lane. The farmer who farms the fields adjacent to Kem Mill Lane has been driving his vehicles up and down the road which has resulted in a large quantity of mud being deposited on the road. This occurred on Sunday 22nd September and Monday 23rd September. Despite heavy rainfall last night the road is still filthy as are the cars that have to use it.

Low fencing providing easy access to the motorway from new housing estate
5th June
There is an incredibly low fence along the M61 that backs directly into a housing estate where families with young children live. It feels like an accident waiting to happen.

Street name non existent in the cul de sac
24th April
I keep getting deliveries for 31 Clover field because there is no street sign for the cul de sac. The delivery people miss the cul de sac and come to us in error. We live on Hunts Field around the corner. This happens sometimes 2/3 times a week. Please could a street sign be placed for this particular cul de sac. Thanks.

Dangerous Traffic/Business Operations
25th January
Neales Waste Management (https://www.neales-waste.co.uk/contact-us/) receive waste deliveries each morning which is generating stationary traffic on the bend of Dawson lane (B5248). Vehicles attempt to pass these vehicles obstructing the highway and cause a potential head on collision. This road also has a restriction on heavy goods vehicles. This needs investigation before someone is badly hurt or killed.

Dangerous junction
14th November
When you drive to the top of Cow Well Lane and try to pull out right onto Chorley Old Road there are cars parked right up to the junction on the drivers right side so there is a massive lack of visibility when trying to turn right especially as Cow Well Lane is very steep as well and very tight at the top for vehicles trying to get down Cow Well Lane. Yellow lines are required on the right side across from the takeaway asap as quite a few times cars come from the right and nearly hit you when you try to pull out. Also when cars are trying to come down Cow Well Lane whilst I sit at the junction they have to stop as its narrow and this then also causes more problems with visibility. Buses come through on Chorley old Road and the vehicles parked on both sided cause them problems as the road is very narrow at this point and all the way down to the COOP
