The footpath over the motorway bridge is overgrown

Follow up on earlier report
18th September
Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath issue (NH) category anonymously at 17:40, Tuesday 8 August 2023
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4870984.
The footpath is completely impassable, fencing down, brambles and nettles and trees overhanging the pathway. Having to walk in the road on an incline on a bend, extremely dangerous.
This has still not been attended to and the footpath is now totally impassable - its on an incline and blind bend and now having to walk in the road - its just not safe - please advise what action is being taken. Lancashire CC have advised it is Highways England responsibility - it was first reported to them in May 2023 and they told me they had referred on.

Falling tree
17th April
There's a falling tree at the side of the M55 just after Blue Moor (road/bridge over M55) just after the Kirkham junction (Jct 3) heading east towards Preston. It's hung up on another tree but should it fall there's a chance it could land on the carriageway. I can't find a way to attach a screen shot from my dashcam, however, it's visible on google maps street view in high quality. It's directly above the Wide Loads sign, about 100 yards before the start of the cones for the road works. It's visible on google maps for Oct 2022, but not Oct 2021.

Speed limit
23rd February
You have 50 speed limit for roadworks at new junction 2. Widely ignored because you are not enforcing it. Very dangerous for people obeying it.

Agressive and dangerous driving between kirkham and Preston m55
8th January
Around 7.45 ish on 08/01/23 moron in a highway maintenance van on my bumber at high speed. Didn't like being brake checked so tried to cut me up on the inside lane. Also didn't like it when he couldn't pass on the inside due to traffic in that lane. Back behind me swerving and flashing lights again at speed. Decided to let the phalically challenged moron pass correctly on the outside only for him to then slam on in front of me. Unable to get the plate number. You won't do anything because you don't care. Until someone is killed by this moron. I'd love to have a chat with them

6" deep pothole x 1 metre x 50cm wide pothole at side of Church Road on school thoroughfare
11th May
This pothole has gradually grown as the tarmac has split and eroded as it buts up to the verge. This is one of many along this particular road which is a well-used road to the local school at Treales. There are multiple cracks to the road on both sides now.

Many potholes nearside northbound
20th March
There are many potholes northbound in the nearside vehicle wheel position. These are typically filled with rainwater and some of their depth could have severe consequences for vehicles if dropping into them. Avoidng them means potentially being in the path of oncoming vehicles. Please address as soon as possible.

Flood for the last 2 weeks
1st February
There is a 2" flood across the road and probably 2 car lengths long. It has been like this for 2 weeks. The road is higher than the land to the West. Assume the road surface drains are blocked. Also it is right outside Treales Infants (First school) so obviously a hazard at pick up/drop off time. Please investigate and address urgently, Not sure why the school hasn't reported it.

What is the point of the speed measuring equipment?
31st August
There is an obvious hazard at this junction which can be almost entirely mitigated by spending an hour cutting the hedge to a low level on the inside of the bend or, better, replacing the hedge with railings so traffic turning right onto Salwick road can see through the bend for oncoming traffic . I'm sure the owners of the airfield would oblige and their cattle would still not escape. Slowing traffic by introducing a lower speed limit will not remove the hazard as the speed limit will be ignored. Please evaluate the situation and adopt a sensible approach.

Hedge needs cutting to 4 feet high
14th July
Instead of spending millions on measuring traffic speeds, why not consider arranging for the hedge on the inside of the bend to be cut down to 4 feet along a distance between the Wharles sign to the bend apex and as far the other side. This would allow Southbound traffic some warning of seeing Northbound traffic about to turn right. Many vehicle drivers seem to 'guess' taking the right turn onto Salwick Road which is bit worrying for traffic coming South along Inskip Road.
