Metal bollard removed by builders now lying on the pavement on Freckleton St
30th June
Builders doing work on the properties at the chip shop on Freckleton street dug out the green metal and concrete bollard outside the shop stopping cars mounting pavement there and left it loose in the hole they made. This now has inevitably been picked up by stupid drunks and deposted on the pavement. Please rescue the bollard and fix back into its original place.

Loud industrial noise
4th June
Loud industrial noise which appears to be coming from this Car Wash Company and reverberates all over the surrounding areas of Market Street, Church Street, Freckleton Street and Preston Street. I think the Car Wash company have started using very loud car cleaning equipment for intermittent periods of time starting very early in the morning and continues throughout the day every day including Sundays. This disturbs the whole surrounding area by immitting a very high pitched noise almost like a vaccumm cleaner or something but very very loud and carrys on the wind disturbing the neighbours and all around for 30 mins at time throughout the day. Please ask them to use this machine indoors whatever it is and not on the forecourt right near the street where it carrys to everywhere disturbing people in their homes and gardens.

Large fridge flytipped onto pavement for the last two weeks
31st March
A large fridge or fridge freezer wrapped in plastic has been flytipped onto the pavement outside 5 Freckleton Street in Kirkham PR42SN for the last two weeks. It appears it has been wrapped in 'fragile' tape to look like a delivery but has been sat there for the last two weeks in all weathers and needs removing. The dogs visiting the dog salon next door have been seen using it as a dog toilet and it stinks

Speed limit

You have 50 speed limit for roadworks at new junction 2. Widely ignored because you are not enforcing it. Very dangerous for people obeying it.

Disgusting smell
22nd June
There is a disgusting stench coming from either 5 or 3 Freckleton Street and it has been there for about 3 or 4 weeks now in all weathers but worse in hot weather. Every time I go past there is a strong noxious odour eminating from around or in those buildings and travelling up and down the street. Please investigate as it absolutely stinks of something terribly unpleasant like something died in the sewers or is rotting in the house/business. Its very bad. Especially as its so close to the market square.

6" deep pothole x 1 metre x 50cm wide pothole at side of Church Road on school thoroughfare
11th May
This pothole has gradually grown as the tarmac has split and eroded as it buts up to the verge. This is one of many along this particular road which is a well-used road to the local school at Treales. There are multiple cracks to the road on both sides now.

16th April
I live On The Close Kirkham and cut the road side grass to keep it tidy. People are walking there dogs and letting them foul all over and not picking it up .its becoming a big issue as kids are playing on it . I must pick at least 2 full dog bags up a day. I would kindly like you to put some signs up on the close you can even screw them to my fence so the culprits can't miss them. Regards john Jenkins
