Constant dog fouling
31st May
With the increase in dog population and some owners having multiple dogs now Chipping village and surrounding lanes has become a DOG TOILET. Many owners not only leave dog poo on paths and roads some even bag it up and throw it into peoples gardens. There are not enough bins in the village for this waste even if these disgusting owners did want to use one. If one drives through the main street on a weekend they will notice that the few bins there are are overflowing. Chipping desperately needs more bins and dog owners need to be made to pay to clean up their dog mess by reintroduction of a paid dog licence. Of course not all dog owners are irresponsible or discustiong but the increase in the dog population and its FOUL consequences needs to be addressed STOP Turing our beautiful village into a dog toilet

Dangerously slippery paths on public area on Kirkfield Chipping
22nd February
There is a triangle communal area located behind the houses of Kirkfield. The pathways have become increasingly slippery over the winter and now has reached a treacherous point. Elderly and small people use the area and all the residents use the area to take out the buns to the top of the road, which is now so bad you need to hold on to the fence line to steady yourself.
