I first noticed the mattress on or around February 17, 2025, and confirmed it was still there when I passed by on Saturday, March 01, 2025. It appears to have been abandoned, posing a potential hazard and detracting from the cleanliness of the area. So how will this outstanding and dangerous footpath be cleaned of leaves please? This is From Strand Road past Hartington Road and up to Spring Bank.
