3 vehicles, as seen in photos. White Vauxhall Van, Black Mazda, Silver Skoda. I know it has been in spaces designated for flat 34 Silver Hill (I can prove in lease documentation) since December 2024 when I moved in. I suspect the cars have been there much longer than this. Cars have flat tires and visibly have been neglected. Location is in the car park which can be accessed via Lakeview way.

People are fly tipping large fans, pallets have been in there weeks, dog waste dirty nappies large boxes, broken appliances I have emailed the building management and they say they cant do anything as there is no cctv although I have witnessed people that do not live here use this bin stall, like they either were given the code or the door was left unlocked. Its disgusting in there and there are rats and flys and maggots

Overflowing rubbish

Rubbish location is the bin stalls for the Braymere road flats. I have reported to the building management they said they sent an email out in March but it continues to get worse. Rodents have been spotted. The flys are everywhere. People throw dog mess in there and dirty nappies on the floor. The smell is horrendous this has progressively gotten worse since March. I live above the doors. I can hear the bin men complain about it.

This significant pothole is located directly next to the speed bump on Eagle Way. It was originally reported on February 20, 2025 (Reference: 7204961), and despite the report being marked as 'completed' and 'closed' by March 3, 2025, no effective repair has been carried out. The hole has persisted and appears to have worsened significantly since the initial report, presenting a continued hazard. I have recent photographic evidence of the current state of the pothole, which clearly shows the deterioration.
