Outside 26 Harn Road

The car has been parked without moving for the last 6 weeks outside 26 Harn Road. This is one of 3 allocated bays for residents of occasional use for 26,28,30 and 32 Harn Road. Because of the selfishness, this bay has been unavailable for all this time. They are not permanent parking bays at any time and are paid for by us all through our mortgage. So we should have access to each of the 3 bays. I suspect the car is owned by 26 who think it is their right to have it as their personal space which it is not. And certainly not to keep any vehicle there permanently. Please can you either remove or remind them that we all pay for it.

These were "Filled" in that last week and already whatever was used to fill them has come out. Meaning the pot holes are back. It doesn't help that we have large articulated lorries delivering to Nisa everyday.

Car been parked on the footpath

Hello, I am a disabled person who uses a disability scooter. For the past few weeks, this car has been blocking the footpath, making access impossible. I almost fell into the bushes while trying to get through. This vehicle has been parked there for a few weeks now, making it impossible for pushchairs or pedestrians to walk through. Bin collection or if there was emergency so ambulance wouldnt get through.
