Abandoned vehicle blocking publick parking space

In front of 29 Westbury Drive therer is an abandoned vehicle that has been parked there for more than a year now. The car has 2 flat tires - vandalised bumper, unpaid road tax and it's obvious that no one has used it for months (the car is all dirty). What's worse, it unnecessarily takes up a public parking space, which means that suppliers like Tesco, DPD, Amazon etc. have to stand on the pavement while making deliveries.

Rubbish dumped all along the construction road

Rubbish and furniture has once again been dumped along the construction entrance (accessing Hampton water from London Road) There are multiple spots where rubbish has been dumped along that construction road (visible from Dog walking path) and also lots of rubbish on the construction dump area further along that road (behind St John primary school)

A Silver BMW has been abandoned outside No 32 for 31 days. We note the car has no valid MOT and no insurance. It is now becoming a nuisance and is a nightmare for the people living at No 30 and 32 when trying to park their own vehicles.

No Road Marking
11th April
There are no road marking at this junction. Westbury drive is the main road which should have priority over the side streets (Rosewood Way & Adlington Close). However, people pulling out of the side streets either go straight over without looking or just pull out causing near misses or accidents. I was involved in a near miss with a van going straight over from Rosewood Way to Adlington Close with no attempt to stop, I luckily managed to stop and not crash. Road marking would be good to show other road users who has priority so no accidents occur.

Every time a car drives over the drain it bangs.

This drain cover is about to collapse. It is VERY loud and everytime a car goes over it(every minute!) it bangs. It is waking residents as it is so loud and this goes on from approx 5am. It has been repaired by persimmon many times but clearly, not very well.
