Oil/Diesel spill at traffic lights

Downham Market. Railway Road junction with Bennet Street.
Heading along Railway Road TOWARD the level crossing, at the traffic lights stop line is a large damp area which has been there for a couple of days. It is not water, but is either oil or Diesel from a vehicle that had been held at the lights.
This will be particularly dangerous to motorcyclists the next time it rains, which, being Britain, will not be a long wait!
Some kind of cleaning operation is required.

Large pothole

Priory Road, Downham Market, near the library and at the entrance to the Wales Court, (Iceland), car park.
There is a large pothole with jagged edges near the middle of the road at this location.
It appears to have claimed at least one tyre so far, and is making an utter nuisance of itself.
It would be spiffing if you could repair the road as a matter of urgency.

There are 2 street lights out on this bit of path near the green space, neither of them have any reference numbers on them so I can't tell which authority to contact. I think they are old style lights rather than LED if that helps

Highway damage

Downham Market, at the junction of Bennett St with Railway Road, PE38 9EL, there has been a significant spill of white paint on to the road, (see attached photos), which is being spread in both directions along Railway Road by vehicles that have no choice but to drive through it.
NB. This has already been reported to BCKLWN 'Cleanup' (street cleaning), who have stated that it is not within their jurisdiction, but is an issue for NCC Highways.

Men been spray washing paths downham market Nile rd all over left stones
mud all over sides of rds if we get heavy rains the drains will flood.
A few weeks ago so e men turned up in a van one was spraying water went on paths etc surprised to be cleaning them!it's discusting the mess they have left round this area of Nile rd, Trafalgar rd,all over the place mud sprayed over everywhere it was all up my garden path all over my bin which was out for collection,who ever is doing this work when are they coming back to clear all the mess up they have made like using a shovel and take the mess away what is going on.

The gully is sinking and becoming very unsafe and dangerous. Outside 4 Clover Lane, Downham Market. Its big enough for someone to fall down or a car wheel to become stuck. Its been slowly sinking for months and is now very concerning

Noise from expansion joint in bridge

A1122 Downham Market.
On 'Downham Bridge', - the bridge at the junction of the A1122 and Farthing Road.
Heading over this bridge toward Downham Market (Eastbound), the second expansion joint of the bridge makes a metallic clunk/rattle when driven over suggesting a failure of said joint.
