2 wheelie bins have been dumped on the landscape area at the junction of English Street and Clarence Rd-both are very heavy so no idea what's in them. One is green (with bar code identifier still attached) and the other is blue ... it is encouraging people to dump more rubbish there.

Here we are again. When is PCC going to to put up signs here warning people not to dump rubbish here. Every week I have to report this sort of thing and every time I ask for a sign to be placed either on the bin or lamppost. It does deter people PCC DO YOUR JOB ABD START PUTTING UP NO FLY TIPPING SIGNS.
