On Horncastle Road
Mareham Le Fen. Outside Honeysuckle Cottage
The 2 silver Land Rover Discoveries are leaking oil and diesel onto the public highway. Whoever owns these 2 vehicles lives in this row of 4 houses. The damage to the road is so bad, the tarmac is starting to come loose, It is a danger to road users, especially motorcycle riders approaching the "T" junction of the A155 from Horncastle Road. As a resident of Mareham Le Fen myself, this oil and diesel spillage has only started to happen when these 2 vehicles started to park outside these houses on the public highway.

Access narrow between batemans cottage and kinwynd
12th June
When an ambulance needed access to mums property Derwent it had an issue getting though as the road is narrow see pics
In first instance they attended on foot and had to have 3 attempts and took quite some time as the driver was concerned about damaging the ambulance. In the end they had to fold both wing mirrors in to get through.
If this had been a fire truck they would not be able to get through as bin lorries are too wide to access aswell

Ditch by sewage works

Someone has removed safety bollards and thrown in drainage ditch less then a fortnight after council fixing it. Risking cars going into ditch, or main drainage from village becoming blocked and causing flooding. Old fence also thrown over ditch and another piece at roadside very near road / ditch

Public footpath coming out of Revesby Corner to the light aircraft location
18th May
Public footpath is not passable. There are 2 bridges on the footpath which are useable. The footpath is signed but too overgrown to pass. From what is shown it is looking as if maintenance is not done in order to remove the footpath at some point. Additionally gov.uk states , The highway authority has the right to demand you (the landowner) remove any obstruction you cause. If you dont, the highway authority can remove the obstruction and recover the cost. Can this be put into place please.

17th April
The light is not working after the Energy Assets left last night. The light was off last night when we came home at 9.30 pm. Possible accidently by Energy Assets as they did cut a cable yesterday and we had to have the National Grid down here to repair it. Can't get to the lamp post because of the detritus left by Horgan Homes or Energy Assets.

The Horgan Homes Building Site
16th April
Don't know the permit number but have received a message from someone called Lee Wright Horncastle that the permit lapsed on Friday 11th at 11.59 precisely. They are still here on Wednesday 16th, that is Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Whilst you may rejoice at the money rolling in, the residents here do not, my husband has already seen one motorist taking a chance to cross when the lights were red so how many more over the Easter period and particularly when they have had drinks or drugs? Please get them removed, all last week they did nothing at all, I can send photos taken of the non work schedule if you want. It is Easter weekend and I don't particularly want to be wakened at 3.00 am to find a series of car crashes outside my house, but you can be sure if there is I will be there with my camera.

Drain between Taverna and The Endun
9th April
I reported that silt and polystyrene has entered the drain from the development site end. The council drain / silt trap also filled with silt last winter as wash off from development site. My reported problem was closed down, without anyone looking in this identified manhole / drain, Im not sure why?
