Hedge on path

Re-reporting after it was stated a few weeks ago this hedge would be monitored. Pathway now unusable, have to walk on road. Nettles sticking out. Branches growing rapidly. Unable to push wheelchair on the path. This hedge is an annual problem and needs maintaining on a schedule. Lots of elderly use this especially to visit church.
