Rubble dumped outside house

On Monday someone dumped rubble outside my house. It has tiles and broken glass in it as well as bricks. It's a school route ans dangerous for the children that have to walk past it.

Ally Light Not Working

This problem was reported on 8th April. Council came out and was informed it was the allyway light not shown on the map and that we had to choose the one down the allyway, no action has been taken since and the case has been closed. The light is still not working at the start of the allyway as shown in the picture and its been 7 weeks since it was reported.

This has been reported numerous times with standing water, but it appears it never seems to get resolved properly. Ive been told Anglian Water need to look at this but Anglian Water tell me you have not told him to do this. This is a merry-go-round of messages.
