Black BMW parked on double yellow lines. Reported a month ago and it was moved. Has a sign inside which last time had a price. Believe it may come from Newark Avenue garage and keeps being left here. Parked wrong way round for the night time. Vehicle check not taxed or Motd so should not be in the street. This is becoming persistent and in Newark Avenue as well where cars are left untaxed. Ascot Drive is not the garages overflow parking this vehicle is being used no doubt with no insurance as well.

This has been reported numerous times with standing water, but it appears it never seems to get resolved properly. Ive been told Anglian Water need to look at this but Anglian Water tell me you have not told him to do this. This is a merry-go-round of messages.
