On the road between baldock heritage and gate entrance to memorial gardens

Anglian water have definitively said this issue is nothing to do with their pipe work and will take no action. For approx a year now there has been a permanent puddle on the road which with every car driving through this, has subsequently cause more damage to the road all along that stretch to the traffic lights. When it started it was just the road but now the pavement is also looking wet, even in this extreme heat the road and pavement are wet. Could you please look in to this and if it is not your responsibility could you please refer it to those that are responsible. I fear an under water leakage may cause a sink hole and endanger life or that the bourne eau is leaking. Thank you.

Tree growing next to garages is growing out of control. I am the Scheme manager on site at The Croft and this is not our responsibility - the garages adjacent to the tree and affected and covered by ivy also. The driver of a car that was 'momentarily' distracted (!) lost control of her car, mounted the pavement/grass verge and has demolished the 'elderly people' warning sign and post on the grass verge outside 31 West Road, Bourne. I believe this is the second or third time in a decade or so that drivers have somehow left the road and demolished the sign on this particular site!
