Dangerous on junction parking

There's a new development being built on this street and due to the increase in workman and Lorrys. Vans. Machines .its blacking the road and vehicles are benig parked dangerously on the junction of brachelston Street and dempster Street. This has been a ongoing issue . Every time it's reported it stops for a few days then it's back to the dangerous over parking.

Saftey railing missing a spindle

Fence has rotten through with rust. A spindle missing. It was actually my child sticking his head through it made me notice!! This is a massive safety risk.
