Several potholes along a 50 metre section of road.
3rd February
Because of building work being carried out at the end of this road section the potholes and damage to the verge are becoming increasingly problematic particularly for walkers. After rain they fill with water which does not drain.

Corvid pest problem
4th May
Large mixed population of Corvids, Carrion crow, Jack Daw and Rook are resident in a group of Ash trees and within the childrens recreation play park within Oakfield drive park. These corvids are a current risk to public health and safety due to the large amounts of defecation on to the childrens play apparatus. They are causing further health risks through emptying of bins around the park, causing litter encouraging further vertebrate pest problems. The population of the rookery has grown exponentially in the last two years as there is no general license available to control the corvids. This lack of human intervention has now created a substantial population of corvids within the park causing a terrible amount of noise pollution, a further health and safety risk to the public. All homes within 250 yards circumference of the park are at risk of disturbed sleep as the corvids make noise 24 hours a day. Research (National Sleep foundation) has shown thats a workplace accident is 70% more likely to occur due to disturbed sleep. This disturbance isnt one off, it is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The use of scare crow type deterrents will not provide any reasonable solution as some ill informed elderly residents feed the crows daily, so they have little to no reason to fear humans.

Private road sign needed.
31st January
Tyr Berllan is a private road off the very busy, now extremely dangerous, Llanbedr Road. There are vehicles parked all the way up to and beyond the junction with Tyr Berllan and this is a well documented and ongoing safety issue. The private road sign was lost many years ago, during some building work on the wall on the topside house.Cars are driving into Tyr Berllan unaware that it is a no through private road. They are then reversing out onto the already dangerous Llanbedr Road. Please will you reinstate the Private Road no access sign, as soon as possible. There is a metal Tyr Berllan road sign both sides, that the signs could be attached to.Many thanks,Keri Norris.

Car park8ng to close to clothes bank.
9th August
I work for wilcox who service the textile bank on behalf of powys council and i have come across some inconsiderate parking from certain vehicles which park so close and the problem being is that the door opens out towards the car. If we can have the bay marked to keep clear or the bank moved over by the others it would be appreciated. Thank you.
