Low hanging tree branches
16th May
Several trees in this area have low hanging branches that are over hanging the pavement. They have been like this for several years and are gradually getting worse. Ive previously seen human hair wafting from the branches where people have been caught! Please could they be cut back so that they are no longer a danger? Thank you.

Vehicle parked on pavement in dangerous position
7th May
This is a busy road with buses, children and pedestrians. There is also a bus stop within feet of this dangerously parked vehicle with the bus route also being a school bus route. I witnessed a man on crutches trying to navigate while using the pavement, with difficulty. The property owners cannot see to exit their driveways with their cars, as the oncoming traffic is blocked from sight. The vehicle is also partially parked over a white line entrance to a driveway with a tow bar sticking out into the driveway entrance.

Request for Rubbish Removal and Footpath Cleaning – 19 Bond Street
27th March
I would like to request a rubbish collection and thorough cleaning of the footpaths at 19 Bond Street. There are several old recycling boxes at this location, and despite not being in use, they continue to accumulate. Additionally, people have started dumping rubbish in the area, further exacerbating the issue.
Could a team be scheduled to remove the recycling boxes and any dumped waste? A proper cleaning of the footpath would also be greatly appreciated to ensure the area remains safe and tidy for residents and pedestrians.

Request for Street Cleaning – Slippery Footpath on 19 Bond Street
27th March
I would like to request a street cleaning, particularly on the left side of 19 Bond Street. This area is covered in moss and a slippery algae-like substance, likely due to its proximity to the river. The footpath becomes especially hazardous when it rains, posing a risk to pedestrians.
Could this section be cleaned as soon as possible for safety reasons? I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Best regards, Adelaide

Urgent Pothole Repair Needed for Road Safety
27th March
Pothole Report
A pothole has developed in this area and needs urgent attention. Left unrepaired, it poses a safety risk to drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. It can cause damage to vehicles, increase the likelihood of accidents, and worsen over time, making repairs more costly. Prompt action will help maintain road safety and prevent further deterioration.

Entire road is broken
26th March
From just after the petrol station until Goodrich Crescent the entire road is broken with multiple pot holes and broken road surface. Its been like this for way too long and something properly needs to be done. Not just fill it in and little repairs so it can be just about used but for that entire section of road to be lifted and resurfaced to ensure this problem doesnt keep on coming back. The opposite side is just as bad. Fix up, seriously. This council is a joke, our road taxes are not even being used correctly but instead are being wasted on nonsense when it should be used to repair the roads we use on a daily basis.

Report of Potholes
22nd March
The potholes are becoming increasingly large and numerous, making it very dangerous for drivers. Due to heavy traffic, it is often impossible to avoid these potholes without going into oncoming traffic or off the road entirely, which poses a risk to everyone on the road.
I kindly request that the council address this issue as soon as possible to prevent any potential accidents and ensure the safety of all road users.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Safety Concerns at Le Clare’s Dance School – Urgent Action Needed
17th March
The situation around Le Clares dance school is becoming increasingly dangerous. Parents dropping off or picking up their childrenoften during rush hourcreate chaos. Cars are frequently parked on double yellow lines, and parents often stand in the middle of the road chatting and smoking, showing little regard for moving traffic.
To make matters worse, many children exit or enter vehicles unsupervised, stepping straight onto the road. Interestingly, a significant number of these parents display blue badges, which raises some questions.
A practical solution would be installing bollards or railings to prevent children from running into the street, ensuring they remain on the pavement. This would also encourage parents to park safely in nearby areas where there is always plenty of space.
