There is a large tree limb/ stake post on the side of the road, at the bottom of the bridge, a foot away from the carriageway.
It has been there for 2 months or more.

M4 Eastbound - Large ball in central reservation gutter
5th November
There is a large green ball in the central reservation gutter adjacent to the central reservation. It's a green ball, in the pattern of a tennis ball, but the size of a football. It's in the concrete gutter/gully alongside the outside lane on the eastbound carriageway, on the uphill section. It's moving/rocking in the gutter and could easily end up in the main carriageway from strong winds or the draft of passing vehicles. If it were to end up in the carriageway, it would start rolling down the hill and has the potential to cause a serious accident.
