Excrement in turning point.

Between wattsville and crosskeys there is a bridge/tunnel that's just been decorated. Just to the west there is vehicular access to the cycle path. Where that comes off the main road, it appears that someone has stopped to use the loo. There looks to be human excrement and dirty loo roll there. I appreciate. It's not very fun, but could you clear us up?
