Dear National Highways, this scheme were I want 2 lanes going over this bridge and you could make 3 lanes And make it go off at the A1114 junction but you can make narrow lanes Like the A1 Narrow Lanes you built in 2016 (2015) so lane 1 and 2 will be ANY VEH and lane 3 will be 6.6 Meters and the Narrow Lanes will end at the A1114 Junction and you can build a concrete barrier from the A1 J69 to the A1114 junction and make narrow lanes under the bridge so you can build this scheme to have 2 lanes over the bridge then 3 Lanes will be there and add Narrow Lanes like the A1, I hope this scheme gets built then.

Fencing not fit for purpose - livestock in the field
2nd January
Fencing between livestock (horses) and the M1 motorway, southbound between jct 30 and jct 31 (runs alongside approximately 10acres of land) The fencing was put up in 1964/1965 and no maintenance from the highways has taken place since then We have horses in those fields all through the year and it now becoming a liability. I have tried to maintain the best I can but it needs a better more robust solution because my concern is the horses alongside the M1 motorway

This pothole has been here (outside shell station ) for months even though other potholes on the same road have been measured by a man in a van , and filled in or cut out and repaired .

Rotting rubbish left by neighbours

Theres a garage open on the street filled to the brim with rubbish, overflowing into the alley way behind Saltwell Place. Its clearly all starting to rot & is causing a stench. Currently, there are families to the left and right with young kids and a pregnant cat locally that I worry about. This is an environmental hazard that needs addressing immediately

POOR ROAD SURFACE ON A1 From Ellison Rd Bridge to The Gantrie After Junction 70! URGENT NEEDS RESUFACING! THE SLIPROAD ROAD MARKINGS HAVE TURN INTO POTHOLES AND MINI POTHOLES ARE STILL OPENING ON THIS ROAD ITS BECAUSE when you were doing roadworks here in 2015 you never resuface it and now its SO POOR ROAD SURFACE!

Drug dealers have broken down your fence and are dealing on your land next to A1 northbound at Westway Dunston. This has been reported to the police many times. There is an old freezer in the clearing that they use as a sofa and the litter is disgusting.

Can of pop thrown into busy road

A car threw a can of pop out of a car window onto the oncoming traffic on Lobley Hill Bank as we were about to both turn right onto Whickham highway. This shows complete disregard for oncoming traffic and could also have caused an accident
