At the top of Mill Lane and then walking left along the public footpath
29th May
As above, the public footpath as you are at the top of Mill Lane and then turn left following the sign for public footpath. Once you follow this sign, you are going through overgrown bushes. This path is approx 400m between the public footpath sign at the top of Mill Lane and entering the open countryside at the other end. This is well used by walkers and dog walkers but head scratches and face scratches have occured due to the overgrown nature in some parts. Please assist.

Roundabout going from north to south of the roundabout
5th March
There are two lanes going from the north side of the roundabout south on Bedford Road, towards Ampthill. However, there are no markings on the lanes. Logically you would expect that left lane = left and right lane = right considering the highway code says to consider entering the roundabout as your starting 6 oclock position. In reality, people use both lanes to go right from Bedford Road onto the southern part of Bedford Road. I live locally and use this road very often and I have seen so many near misses of people going in both lanes but then both trying to exit the same part with no merge shown, so no obvious hierarchy. It really needs arrows on the two lanes or a sign before it causes a serious accident.

20 Mill Lane
25th November
We moved into the property on 11/10/24 and whenever it rains, the drain directly outside our property floods and causes a substational amount of standing water to sit on the road. There is little or no draiange further up the lane and this is the first gully to intercept that surface run off so recently it has caused a fair amount of water to build up overtime. With the recent cold weather this water froze and made the road an ice rink.

Cones being used to reserve disabled parking space ?
5th November
Previously items were left in the road which appeared to be accidental - plant pots and wheelie bins.
Now cones are being used outside number 15 to reserve parking - one labelled with polite notice disabled parking
Clarification whether this has been approved as it is causing knock on effects for surrounding residential parking.
