A vehicle has deliberately parked in my private allocated bay
10th May
The car was initially not taxed and had been parked in my bay since Ramadan. No one has returned for it. All the bays ante allocated and the car park is full . This has left me with nowhere to park. These kind of cars are being dumped by traders and kept here until they are ready to sell. Its a business purpose. They dont live here and have no reason to park lawfully. They have not asked permission but rather drove into a private gated cared cap park in the day whilst people are at work and parked cars and gone. Parking bay plot 7 is for my apartment 3, 1 Appleton street.

Depression/Low spot in the pavement that creates a pavement-wide puddle

This low spot has been here for years. Every time it rains , the pavement next to the lampost fills with surface water that is almost from one side of the pavement to the other. It's a complete nuisance especially to the homeowners adjacent particularly when entering or exciting cars

Clothes dumped and strewn all over

Please can someone send a van load of community service to clean up all the clothes and rubbish thats all over both sides of the road.
The place looks horrendous and nobody is doing a thing about it. I live nearby and was embarrassed to drive through the place.

Blocked pavement and staff car park

Some people have blocked the pavement and staff car park of travelodge from getting out even staff was parked there before and the driver can easily see he would be blocking the cars but still the white bmw one parked there left in on where not informed anyone. He has done serious obstruction.

Dozens of dumped cans and rubbish
13th March
There are more and more beer cans thrown around every night. Ive seen one guy every night between 9:00-10:00pm sitting next to the pile of cans drinking. Its not just cans its alcohol bottle and various other rubbish. In one part a fence is pulled down and piles of rubbish tipped. Also its still a big problem with piles of dog mess every few feet on the grass areas (as reported before). The grass hasnt been cut for nearly a year which is probably why a lot of dog owners arent bothering trying to find it to pick it up.

Tall overhanging trees
23rd February
The trees that line the metro line at the back of mine and neighbors houses. Overhang the garden and in high winds branches have broken off and landed in my garden, the tree have been left to grow too tall without trimming. So what should have been for sound dampening, have now just got the trunk of the tree with no leafs. So the sound travels. Ive been intouch with the metro and they say its a council issue, and been in the touch with the council they they say its a metro issue.. its an issue because they are too tall and branches overhang and fall off onto my back garden.. where my children play. I cant let them play in the garden if there is any wind as its dangerous.. Please can someone come and trim the top of the trees and cut any dead branches off.
