Japanese knotweed that needs careful removal

I have just noticed a new Japanese knotweed plant on the edge of the Fallowfield loop - it is directly underneath my garden so I don't want it to spread! It looks alike a small, new plant so ideally it needs to be removed before it spreads further and before verges etc are trimmed to avoid spreading it. Three words location is goad.icons.mixed

The car is parked and has been left unattended for the last 5 days on the cul-de-sac... No ambulances, fire engines or school buses, bin vans can get in.. due to the way it's parked and the nature of the road it's causing a hindrance and not making it easy to take out cars either

Litter all over the road and pavement

This road exists in a sea of litter 24 hrs a day and the litter spills onto Birchfields Road. It's disgusting. There is 1 bin on a road of 3 takeaway fast food outlets, a cash-and-carry and 2 convenience stores. 1 bin really isn't enough. The majority of the litter is coming from Miami Crispy. Their packaging litters our streets from there to Levenshulme. Can they not be forced to take responsibility for the rubbish they create? Much of the litter probably comes from the overfilled Biffa bins outside the businesses. It really needs tidying regularly by Manchester Refuse services.

Very dangerous pavement parking

This person has parked on a corner on a double yellow line so far on the pavement no one could use it. My visually impaired child had to walk into oncoming busy school run traffic at rush hour. They displayed a disabled badge but I don't believe a disabled person would park like this as there were lots of accessible spots to use very close.
