The plastic bollard to prevent vehicles colliding with cyclists is missing. The photo doesnt show it missing but it is missing (the bollard circled in red). This needs to be reinstated because this junction is extremely busy and there is a high chance of vehicle/cyclist collision.

The tree outside our property is quite tall and branches are overhanging our flat roof. In the last few years we have had x2 floods that have caused damage to our property, due to the debris produced by the trees position blocking our roof drainage. We have to climb on top of the roof every two weeks to clear the tree leaves and seed from our roof to try and keep the drains clear. It would be helpful if this tree could be pruned, so that the branches do not overhang our roof and do not then risk blocking our roof drainage. We would be very grateful if you could attend to this problem, which is more problematic due to the increase in heavy rainfall in recent times.
