Metal railings and barriers left on Tufton Street

Outside Faith House (7 Tufton Street) we have had metal railings along the street for about a month now, with no word on why they are there or if they will be removed. Their arrival seemed to coincide with the London Marathon, but the railings are still there weeks later. They are directly outside our shop door.
There are also two plastic barriers resting on a bollard, which was fixed over a month ago but the barriers remain there.

Footpath Covered with drain pipes. No sign or safety actions This truck was working at the back of John Lewis. The drain pipes on the footpath not covered. Up and kone fallen down.I tripped and fell flat. Unsafe working practices by the company.

Yesterday afternoon on exiting the Holborn tube station my foot went into a hole in the tarmac on the pavement outside the exit . I fell over and badly hurt my knee . It is very dangerous . I have no idea how long this hole has been there as Im not a frequent traveller in this area
