As expected when these bins were announced, they have now become a horrible blight on this street. The lids and doors are often open and the bins are regularly overfilled. If Westminster Council are happy to give permission for these, should they not also ensure they are not a potential public health problem?

Started on Sunday pavement and Road works with lots of machinery noise used out of working hours. On a Road that we have constant construction noise throughout the day and whole week now we have two working spots with loud machinery from Sunday up until today from 6pm up until midnight!!
