Pirana restaurant 7-9 st James street put cones outside street on single yellow line and the general manager of this restaurant and the 2 security guards dont allow people parking cars on single yellow lines for no reason unless they taking money from people who need to park . This is happens every day just after 6:30 pm and people lives in the area very upset about it because its not legal. The security guards they scaring the public and shouting to anyone need to park the car because they put these red cones.

Lime and Forest bikes continually blocking pavement between pedestrian crossings

Whilst there are designated bays for bike and scooter hire along the central pavement of Piccadilly, on many occasions bikes are being left outside of these and blocking the pavement in between the staggered pelican crossings in the middle of Piccadilly outside 166 Piccadilly. This makes it impossible for anyone in a wheelchair to cross the road here and makes it difficult for pedestrians who have to try and navigate round them. There should be clearer markings or signs to show that bikes can't be left here.
