The tree outside our property is quite tall and branches are overhanging our flat roof. In the last few years we have had x2 floods that have caused damage to our property, due to the debris produced by the trees position blocking our roof drainage. We have to climb on top of the roof every two weeks to clear the tree leaves and seed from our roof to try and keep the drains clear. It would be helpful if this tree could be pruned, so that the branches do not overhang our roof and do not then risk blocking our roof drainage. We would be very grateful if you could attend to this problem, which is more problematic due to the increase in heavy rainfall in recent times. Rubbish truck dumped a used bbq outside the house

Paid for bulky waste collection today (23/05), left outside at 6am as instructed. 10:35am - two men from a council rubbish truck removed a bbq from the truck and placed a burnt out bbq next to my waste. BBQ not understandably not removed by bulky waste

St martins almshouses

Outside St Martins Almshouses in Bayham Street there is a sunken trench and sunken manhole covers that when heavy vehicles go over them it is shaking my house 24 hours a day. My house is in fear of being structurally damaged.!!!!! This road needs re-surfaced as soon as possible.

The drain has not been cleaned in a very long time and is full of cigarette butts, rubbish and other debris. I don't recall seeing it being cleaned in the last 6 years. Might eventually lead to flooding during heavy rains.

Camden responded on 8 April to say bollard had been refixed however a lock would be added as soon as one comes in. Surely, locks should be standard stock. The bollard is in on some days and more often than not has been removed by someone determined that this road should be open for their convenience, despite it needing to be closed.
Could the bollard be affixed securely - the seating for it needs attention and a new, efficient lock should be added. The road should be closed. Cars are coming through when they shouldn't be. It makes it easier for drug dealing when dealers now know there's an easy way out. Drug dealing from cars has increased.
