Crane blocking retail business

Crane and several van vehicles blocking retail shop. Barriers closing pavement to shop and side staff entrance. Work to inspect Vaudeville Theatre but with no notice given. We have had 2 Saturdays previous weeks hindered by ongoing pavement and utilities work. This is shocking and in a tourist area.
